The hotel was overall great, our family enjoyed staying in the

King Studio Suite. The cleanliness and variety at breakfast truly impressed us. However, we did notice that the breakfast area could get a bit hectic during peak hours.

During my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Rock Creek Trail Park, just 500 meters away, where I enjoyed a scenic walk, and the nearby Streets of Tanasbourne made for a delightful shopping experience with great dining options. everything was super clean and the staff was great!

When I arrived, there was a lack of toilet paper in the restroom, which was frustrating. The overall smell of the room was awful, and I had to buy spray and wipes to make it bearable. To my shock, the cleaning service even took a bag of my personal items, and when I reported it, the staff acted like no one had entered my room. This left me feeling uneasy about leaving my belongings there.

It was just a perfect match for a brief hiatus in Hillsboro with outstanding value. The front desk staff was really friendly and helped us find a great place to eat. Consider packing some personal items in a secure bag, just to be safe.

However, I ran into a couple of issues. The pool area looked neglected and needed better maintenance. There were also some security concerns since anyone could access the floors without a keycard. This really made me feel uneasy. Lastly, the pillows were too soft for my liking. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would consider returning if improvements are made.
